| 2. Why use SEraja? |
| SEraja helps users to search, experience and list events worldwide. And it's free. SEraja provides a service to document your events - past, present and future. And then refer to them when you want to or let others refer to them when they want to. You can also keep your events private - meaning; only you can see them. |

| 3. I am a new user, how do I register? |
| You can register yourself at SEraja using a valid e-mail ID. Use the 'Register for Free!' link on the header in the SEraja homepage to create your login. Once you do this, you will receive an e-mail. Please follow the simple one-step instruction for confirmation in this email and you will be able to use SEraja. |

| 4. Do I need to pay to register with SEraja? |
| No, it is absolutely free! You need to only create a Login name and Password and begin to publish your own events, access details of all events and start adding comments, tags, content, etc to events that interest you. |

| 5. What is an event? |
This is a good question. And it has several interesting answers. Some of them are:
- A significant occurrence or happening.
- A social gathering or activity. An outcome of efforts.
- Something that happens at a given place and time.
Basically, everything that happens at a given time(s) and place(s) is an event. Starting from your wedding anniversary to a holiday to a conference on coffee drinking habits, event 'World AIDS day' and every incident in your life is an event to us and you can publish it on SEraja. So, remember, it's an event at SEraja if you think it fits the mould of an occurrence or happening, don't wait for the newspaper to label it as an event. Go ahead and publish - almost anything.

| 6. As a registered user, what are the 'special' features that I can avail of? |
As a registered user, you gain access to special and unique features on SEraja:
- Be an active participant! Upload/host information on events of your choice.
- Add posts/comments/tags to existing events.
- Annotate posts that are of interest to you.
- Bookmark favorite events.
- Set personal reminders for upcoming events.
- Access profiles of people with similar interests.
- Customize the event experience.
- Store your searches with personal tags for future reference.

| 7. Where do these events come from? |
The best events come from you and other users.
A large number of events are added to the database by SEraja's own automated process of locating and sorting events. |

| 8.How do I add an event or multiple events and how often can I add events? |
| There is a link on the home page to post events. Make sure you are registered with SEraja so that your events will get posted successfully, before you begin to post your events, add comments, tags, annotations, upload or link to content. You can post/publish any time, any number of events. There are no limitations. There is though a limit of 20MB per month for the content you can upload from each registered account. |

| 9.What kind of events can I post/publish? |
| Try us for anything. You could post details about your birthday, anniversary, meetings between friends and other professional groups, seminars, exhibitions, concerts, courses, lectures, camps, reunions, special offers...you get the picture. |

| 10.Is it okay to publish commercial events? |
| Sure. You can publish anything you want. For details, refer to the Terms of Use for important policy information on the kind of content not permitted on the site. |

| 11.Can I see/experience any particular event frequently? |
| Yes, you may experience an event and look up data relating to it as often as you wish. We have a handy Bookmark feature that we suggest you use in order to quickly relocate events that are of interest to you. You could also use the 'Send to contacts' feature to send details of events to friends and colleagues that may be of interest to them. |

| 12.What do you mean by Bookmark Events? |
| You can add a favorite event to a list you wish to see often. Once an event is bookmarked, it can be quickly accessed by logging in, clicking on the 'Bookmarks & Reminders' link on the header and clicking on the title of the bookmarked event. On book marking, you will also be able to schedule a reminder to be sent to you. |

| 13.What is a personal reminder? How can I set the reminder? |
| You can set personal reminders/alerts for upcoming events of your choice. As a registered user, you can bookmark the event of your choice and schedule a reminder about the event. |

| 14.How did my event get into your system if I didn't put it there? |
| We have an automated system that actually looks for events across the Net (that's one of the features we think makes us interesting). When the system finds an event, it places it in our database ready for retrieval. |

| 15.Can I share my events with my friends? |
| You can select an event and email it to your friends. Look out for the "Send to contacts:" link/icon that lets you do this on the event page and the search results page.

| 16.What is a tag? |

| 17.Why should I search by a tag? |
| A tag helps individuals define files/objects/events in a manner that they are comfortable. This helps locate these files/objects/events in ways that are different from using clearly structured categories. Well, yes, this is debatable and as much as we love a good debate, we'll admit this much: tags can sometimes produce the wrong content as well as help you locate content in unexpected ways. |

| 18. Is my profile available to everyone? |
| Your profile is visible to everyone who is a registered user on SEraja. But each element of your profile, barring your name (first and last) and your interests, can be public or kept private. You can decide on this while creating your profile. Our suggestion is that you keep your profile up to date at all times, you never know what opportunity may be knocking on your door. In essence, do understand that your profile is as important as the events and content you add to attract the right audience and keep them interested. |

| 19.What do you mean by Flagged Events/Content or Inappropriate Events/Content? |
| No one likes censorship and the Flag button is not about censorship. But if you disagree with an event or content, think it is incorrect, inappropriate or objectionable in any way, hit the Flag and let others know. Events that are - or have associated content that is - profane, derogatory, meaningless, or questionable in any way, can generally be flagged as inappropriate. The flag helps us take action when needed. So be good and help other SEraja users as well as us by flagging events/content that is objectionable. We think that The EventWeb is a critical medium of free communication and should be used as such. So, while we will take action when necessary, in most cases, we will let you decide on whether you should open flagged content for viewing. |

| 20.How does Flagging work? |
| We track the number of times an event or a specific piece of content has been flagged as objectionable and use this data to trigger action when needed. |

| 21. Can I upload text documents, images, audio, video, WebPages to SEraja from other websites? |
| SEraja supports uploading text documents, images, audio, video, WebPages from other websites. However, there is a 20MB per month limit per registered user for all uploaded content put together. At the time of uploading or linking posts to SEraja, please ensure that you are not violating any copyright or that such content on the net may be legally protected or in instances where the owner of the content objects to the linking. |

SEraja is simple to use, just follow the instructions below:
- Click on Event Feed link at the bottom of the home page of SEraja
- Once the Event Feed page opens...
- Select the location of events that you need
- Select the number of events you need displayed
- You can also opt to display SEraja's logo along with the events selected
- There are several color themes you can choose for the display box generated by the code.
- Click on Preview & Generate
- In a jiffy, you will see the display box and link appear on the right side of the page
- If you like the color scheme and are satisfied, copy the code in the text box and paste it on to the "Templates Section" on your Blog or inside any Web Page
